We want to ensure that you are pleased with your Skovsona experience. If something did not meet your expectations, please contact us at info@skovsona.com within 30 days of receipt of the product so that we can replace, refund or help you further.

What is your shipping policy?
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders $50+ in Canada and the US.
We process orders within 1 business day. Standard shipping time takes about 1-7 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your items are shipped.
Orders outside of Canada may be charged customs or import duties.
What types of ingredients do you use?
All Skovsona products are clean, vegan and cruelty-free (never tested on animals). We prioritize natural-origin, organic and environmentally friendly ingredients in our formulas.
Where are Skovsona products made?
Skovsona targeted body care products are made in Toronto, Canada by an ISO certified manufacturer.
Are Skovsona products safe while pregnant or breast-feeding?
We always recommend consulting your physician prior to beginning a new skin care regimen.
How often do I need to use Skovsona to see brightening results?
